Downloading generated documents

Once a form is submitted, until the documents have been generated, you will see a single faded cloud symbol in the submissions table as shown in the image below:

When the document are ready, the icons will change to be as shown in the image below. To download the generated documents, simply click the cloud icon once it is no longer faded:

Other submission actions

The additional icons have the following functions:

• cloning the submission – the "+" icon is for cloning the submission (see here for more detail about cloning submissions); and
• resending the document delivery email – the triangular icon (which resembles a paper plane) will simply resend the original document delivery email to the user who made the submission.
