Downloading a Document Template

The document template connected to an online form can be easily downloaded to your computer. You can download the template in both the published and draft by navigating first to the published or draft version respectively. In the desired version:

1. navigate to the "Settings" tab,
2. on the left-hand menu panel, click "Document Template",
3. the file name of the most recently uploaded template will be displayed, this is the template you can download, and
4. click "Download" - the template will be downloaded onto your computer as an MS Word file (.doc).
