Read-Only Fields

The "read-only" property is used to display a field in the smart online form without making it editable by the user. This is very useful for displaying information for the user to verify, such as the result of a calculation, without letting them provide an answer directly. 

When viewed in the builder and smart online form, the question label will automatically display that the field is "read-only". If the field is a number or date/time field that is used to perform a calculation, the label will include "calculated" instead of "read-only" to indicate that it is a calculated value.

To mark a field as read-only:

1. In the builder, click the edit icon for the field (which looks like a pencil) and then select "Properties".
2. Select "Read Only" and "Save"
