Using Rulestar's partial submission capture, "retail" smart online forms (either single embeds or one-page portals) have an initial data-capture dialogue that collects the user's name, email address and phone number. This is a valuable lead capture and 'abandoned cart' analysis tool for when a user fails to complete the form. When a form is started but not completed, you will have their contact details saved and be able to follow up with them or include them in any follow-up marketing. You'll also be able to see if forms are being abandoned at a high rate and at what point users were when they abandoned the form.
After the retail user confirms their details, the account owner will receive an email summary of their details, which is also available in the submission data.
