Enabling Payment Gateways to be used in Rulestar Forms

The primary purpose of Rulestar's E-Commerce feature is to facilitate the sale of documents created on the Rulestar platform. There are several key elements to this feature, including:

1. the use of payment gateways to enable the charging of fees to end-users of documents;
2. discount codes to help promote documents to end-users through price discrimination and promotions; and
3. the creation of a retail 'One-Page Portal' in a single step;
